F) 4 Hour New York State Penal Code Article 35: Justification - $120.00 This course focuses on making logical decisions regarding the justification of the “Use of Force” under New York State Penal Code Article 35. Using force against another person(s) or threat represents the most severe intrusion possible on their respective liberty and person. Unjustified use of force, or excessive force, can have serious consequences, such as arrest and civil liabilities. Justification is a defense to an offense.
